Is it safe ?
Yes, our products are safe to use. We take security seriously and for this reason all your information are stored on a server that adheres to all security protocols with strong encryption, and to protect the privacy of our users all profiles are set to not appear in search engine results.
Who can see my profile ?
When creating a profile, only those who scan your product will be able to see the information you have provided. For users who desire greater privacy, our system provides an option to disable the display of your profile upon scanning. This can be done by adjusting your account settings according to your preferences.
When will I receive the product I purchased?
After successfully completing your purchase, your product is expected to be delivered to you within 3-5 business days.
